2.  Run 02_extract_tifs.py
    * Match species codes in filenames to their taxon names
    * Combine daytime and night-time predictions into a 2-band raster for each taxon
    * Reproject from native WGS84 grid to EPSG:3031 (bilinear resampling)
    * Set NoData = -9999 and band descriptions: "day", "night"
    * Save each taxon as a COG in cwd/output

3.  Run 03_sum_tifs.py
    * Sum predicted abundance across all modelled taxa separately for day and night
    * Set NoData = -9999 and band descriptions: "day", "night"    
    * Save tcombined abundance COG as diel_abundance_allSpp.tif in cwd/output
