### Processing steps:

    1.  Download .nc files from https://data.aad.gov.au/metadata/records/fulldisplay/SCAR_RAATD and file in cwd/input

    2.  Run 02_extract_tifs.py
        * Extracts each NetCDF raster to GeoTIFF
        * Reproject from EPSG:4326 to EPSG:3031 (bilinear resampling)
        * Saves each raster as a DEFLATE-compressedCloud Optimised GeoTIFF (COG) in cwd/single_tifs

    3.  Run 03_stack_tifs.py
        * Stacks the individual GeoTIFFs into a single multiband raster
        * Orders species layers alphabetically, followed by the colony-weighted and colony-unweighted mean habitat importance layers
        * Sets each band description from the source filename
        * Saves as a DEFLATE-compressed Cloud Optimised GeoTIFF (COG) in cwd
