    1.  Download CCAMLR_VME_Registry.xlsx and split sheet into single CSVs
    
    2.  Run 02_convert_to_shp.py from cwd
        * Convert spatial CSV records to point or rectangle shapefiles based on the available coordinate fields
        * Split dateline-crossing rectangles where required
        * Reproject from EPSG:4326 to EPSG:3031 and write outputs using source CSV filenames
