    1.  Download data package from https://doi.org/10.25921/xs0z-z845 and file GlobSed-v3.nc in cwd/input/
    
    2.  Run 02_extract_tif.py
        * Extract z-values from NetCDF file
        * Crops to areas south of 50°S
        * Reproject to EPSG:3031 at 5 km resolution (bilinear resampling)
        * Sets NoData to -9999
        * Saves as a DEFLATE-compressed Cloud Optimised GeoTIFF (COG) in cwd/output/
