    2.  Run 02_extract_tifs.py from cwd
        * Extract univariateTrend and multivariateTrend from NetCDF in cwd/input
        * Retain native 50 km grid and assign EPSG:3031
        * Standardise NoData to -9999 and write each variable as a COG to cwd/output
