###	Processing steps:

    1.  Download ALBMAPv1.nc from https://doi.org/10.1594/PANGAEA.734145 and file in cwd/input
    
    2.  Run 02_extract_tifs.py from cwd
        * Extract firn thickness, snow accumulation and surface air temperature from the ALBMAP NetCDF
        * Build native EPSG:3031 georeferencing from the x1/y1 coordinate arrays
        * Standardise NoData to -9999 and write each variable as a Float32 COG to cwd/output

    3.  Apply a land-ice mask to the extracted rasters
        * Use the ALBMAP mask subdataset or clip to a higher-resolution external vector mask, e.g. https://doi.org/10.5285/981b1444-c57e-40f1-b6e9-884b44cad00e
