###	Processing steps:

    1.  Download CSV files from https://doi.org/10.21334/NPOLAR.2021.E4B9A604 and file in cwd/input
    
    2.  Run 02_consolidate_csvs.py from cwd
        * Merge NPI and post-1984 AAD iceberg observation databases and standardise dates, coordinates and count fields
        * Correct inconsistent or missing totals where supported by size-class data, and retain original 5-class and 7-class schemes separately
        * Calculate mean_classified_length_m from the size classes and available NPI iceberg dimensions
        * Write merged CSV to cwd/output

    3.  Run 03_generate_obs_density_grid.py from cwd
        * Aggregate observations to a 150 km EPSG:3031 grid
        * Calculate observation count, total iceberg count and mean icebergs per observation
        * Set icebergs per observation to NoData where fewer than 3 observations are available, output multiband COG to cwd/output
