###	Processing steps:

    1.  Download all .nc files from https://doi.org/10.4225/15/58fff5231f00a and file in cwd/input
    
    2.  Run 02_extract_annual_seasonal.py from cwd
        * Calculates mean annual, summer and winter particulate organic carbon flux and interannual standard deviation across all available yearly NetCDF files
        * Ignores source NoData values when calculating means and standard deviations
        * Reprojects outputs to EPSG:3031 using bilinear resampling, NoData = -999
        * Writes a 6-band Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) as output/particulate_organic_C_flux.tif
        * Bands:
            1 = annual_mean
            2 = summer_mean
            3 = winter_mean
            4 = annual_SD
            5 = summer_SD
            6 = winter_SD
