    2.  File tifs in in cwd/input
    
    3.  Run 02_make_multiband.py from working directory (cwd)
        * Combines annual and seasonal sea-ice algae productivity rasters into a single multiband raster
        * Preserves native EPSG:3031 grid
        * Converts noData from -999 to -9999, records band names and units
        * Writes output/Productivity_SeaIceAlgae_seasonal.tif as Cloud-Optimised GeoTIFF (COG)
