###	Processing steps:

    1.  Download Yamazaki_SO-Monthly-Climatology_v20240604.nc	and Yamazaki_SO-Monthly-Climatology_v20240604_MLD.nc from https://doi.org/10.25959/M0S0-V722 and file in cwd/input
    
    2.  Run 02_extract_mixedLayer_tifs.py from cwd
        * Extract monthly mixed-layer depth, temperature and salinity climatologies, calculate annual mean and standard deviation bands
        * Reproject to EPSG:3031 (bilinear resampling), set NoData to -9999, output as COGs

    3.  Run 03_extract_depth_tifs.py from cwd
        * Extract monthly temperature and salinity mean and standard deviation bands at selected depths
        * Reproject to EPSG:3031 (bilinear resampling), set NoData to -9999, output as COGs

    4.  Run 04_extract_bottom_climatology.py from cwd
        * Extract monthly bottom-water temperature and salinity using the deepest common valid depth at each pixel, and calculate annual mean and standard deviation bands
        * Reproject to EPSG:3031 (bilinear resampling), mask seabed deeper than 2000 m using IBCSO, set NoData to -9999, output as COGs
