    1.  Download Circumpolar_2kmres_seafloorcurrentspeeds_summer_28avg.tif, Circumpolar_2kmres_seafloorsalinity_yearly_mean.tif	2025-10-22 13:46 and Circumpolar_2kmres_seafloortemperature_yearly_mean.tif and file in cwd/input
    
    2.  Run 02_process_tifs.py from cwd
        * Remove file prefix, assign EPSG:3031, standardise NoData to -9999
        * Retain band descriptions for multiband rasters and output as COGs
